Project Overview

The Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics as one of the key govermental bodies in PNA, aimed mainly to develop and enhance the Palestinian official statistical system based on legal reference that organize the process of data collection and utilization for statistical purposes.Within this context, and to participate in development and reform process of Palestinian ministries and other govermentali bodies, PCBS has contracted GCT to provide consultancy services relating to conducted an organizational review and build its institutional capacity.The main objective of this assignment was to reorganizing PCBS‘s Administration Department and General Services by reviewing the organizational structure and job descriptions in accordance with its future missions and stated objectives taking into consideration the relationship with other departments and units.For that purpose, Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) has contracted GCT to implement the required consultancy service by development a guide for popular achievement program.
