Who We Are General Consulting & Training

General Consulting and Training (GCT) is a leading regional consulting and training institution established in Ramallah, Palestine, in 1999. For more than 25 years, GCT has partnered with governments, international donors, United Nations agencies, civil society organisations, and the private sector to deliver consulting assignments, institutional development programmes, evaluations, research, and professional training across Palestine and the Arab region.
