Physical Plan Project is a three years projects developed and implemented by Ministry of planning and international cooperation (MOPIC). The main objective of this evaluation which implemented by GCT was to assess and evaluate the Physical Plan Project and help (MOPIC) in designing physical plan for the Palestinian territory in the west bank & Gaza Strip.For that purpose, Ministry of Planning and Administrative Development has contracted GCT to implement the required consultancy service by development a guide for popular achievement program.
