The Massroji Group is specialized company in importing, distributing and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals. It has several offices located in different sites in Palestine. In order to streamline its ins activities across its different operations and offices in preparation for the expected future growth, it has contracted GCT to provide consultancy services toward development of strategic plan for the coming five years.The main objective of this assignment was to follow up the company’s strategic plan in the next 5 years in order to make an accurate assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of its products, and to identify what are the types needed by the market and how it can be marked locally and regionally. For that purpose, The Massroji Group has contracted GCT to implement the required consultancy service by development a guide for popular achievement program.
