Jala Investment Group is consisting of 6 companies owned by a group of Palestinians investors and business men. It is working on different fields of business which are food products, cleaning, chemicals, cosmetics, real estate, Ice cream, frozen food and soft drinks, in addition it is an agent for several international companies that working in these fields of business. In order to maintain its' distinctive position among the wide range of local companies, as well as to continue in sustainable development process, it has contracted GCT to provide consultancy services toward building the group’s institutional capacity including organizational structures, systems and processes. The main objectives of this assignment were to develop the overall organizational and functional structure\ sub-structures, job descriptions, personnel system and design suitable performance appraisal system to ensure the continuation of development and reform process in Jala Group.
