Good Luck Cars Rentals & Leasing is a specialized company in renting cars on daily, weekly and monthly basis or on a long-term operational basis for 36 months as maximum. Within this context and to maintain its position among other similar companies in Palestine, it has contracted GCT to provide consultancy services in order to build its institutional capacities and the key aspects of the administrative system. For further elaborated, the main objectives of this assignment were to:Enable the company to prepare an integrated organizational structure which considered as a frame work that shows the levels of management, identifies administrative units and job titles.Assist the company in preparing a set of job descriptions on scientific basics that include all current jobs.For this End, Good Luck Cars Rentals & Leasing contracted GCT to conduct this workshop according to the highest profissional standaers.
