Palestine Islamic bank was established as a joint venture public limited in 1995 under the Companies Act of 1929, as amended. PIB has received a license from Palestinian Monetary Authority in 1997 to start undertaking all banking business in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law.The main objective of this assignment was to assist the board council, the general director and executive management in building the capacity of the bank, through development and identifying the organizational structures and general specializations, writing job descriptions for more than 40 jobs which represent departments, sections and the different administrative units in the bank.The Palestine Islamic bank has contracted GCT to provide consultancy services to build and develop its capacities to maintain a distinguished position among other banks in Palestine.
