The cooperation aspect between GCT and HJC was in conducting training programmes for its benefit which funded by Chemonics as a part of Palestinian Justice Enhancement Program, these programmes were as the following:

Customer Relationship: This training programme targeted the Palestinians courts staff from different governorates (312 Participants). It held for 15 times (2 training days for each programme) during November /December 2012, with a total of 30 training days, 180 training hours. It has delivered by three of amazing training experts who are; Mr. Munir Habashi from Egypt, Dr. Hanna Qaqish and Mr. Hisham Hamdia from Jordan.

The main objectives of this capacity building programme were to:

  • Provide participants with the detailed knowledge about the main and new principles of dealing with internal and external population (clients).
  • Equip participants with the necessary skills required to enable them to practice the logical, practical and suitable methods, techniques simple and safe, means using the more modern models available and used worldwide.
  • Change the attitude of participants toward the relation and interaction with internal and external customers and divert them from negative to positive direction.
  • Know the practices of the negative personal conversation and its impact on public.
  • Know the communication concepts and methods to be addressed to and dealt with customers such as listening, face to face conversation, telephone conversation, convincing, reading, writing and starting professional dialogues.
  • Know the types of customers (public), external and internal.
  • Know the first impression of the customers about the Organization and how it is formulated whether it is negative or positive.
  • Know what are the requirements of quality of service needed to the public.
  • Know what are the general theories to deal with the public and their complaints and suggestions.
  • Know the methods of how to combat work pressures.



Scientific methods to detect forgery and counterfeiting in documents and signatures: This training programme targeted the Palestinians courts staff from different governorates (24 Participants). It held for 2 times (2 training days for each programme) during November 2012, with a total of 4 training days, 24training hours. It has delivered by criminal expert Mr. Amjad Atiya from Jordan.

The main objectives of this capacity building programme were to:

  • Acquire the participants of the necessary skills to detect all types of counterfeiting and forgery on official documents, pictures of fraud and how to screen the documents.
  • Acquire the participants of analysis lines skills.
  • Acquire the participants of the necessary skills to detect fraud on the documents using chemical erasure and volatile inks and the material and moral fraud.
  • Know the methods of checking seals and official documents, and to know the security measures in circulation and classification of documents.
  • Acquire the participants of necessary skills, scientific and practical methods to detect forgery in signatures and documents, by the naked eye.
  • Change the trends of participants about the process of detecting forgery and the importance of implementing the skills that acquired through training efficiently.
