The beginning of the cooperation between GCT and BirZeit University was in the year of 2002 and continued for the following years, and hope to continue for the next years.
The cooperation aspects between GCT and BirZeit University were in conducting training programs in different areas (contractual and centralized programs) for its benefit, and these training programs were as the following:

The application of OSHA standard in occupational safety and health: conducted in Ramallah 2011, with trainer Mohammed Samara from Jordan, this program was a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan, and aimed to provide participants with introduction to OSHA, the elements of its system and  its policies, definitions and terminology of occupational safety and health, the objectives of occupational health and safety standards by OSHA, the safety equipment and occupational health in the institutions according to OSHA standards.

Security and protection institutions: it conducted in 2009 Ramallah, and aimed to provide an introduction to the concept of comprehensive security, with the entrance of theoretical and applied side, identify the rules and requirements of the security planning for the founding of the  organizations, the concept of assessment and security survey, identify the risks and security threats that may be exposed to organizations and institutions through access to an international agenda by the international classification, and how to identify risks and threats, classification, and strategies of confrontation and containment.

The distinctive manager and development of administrative performance: carried out in 2008 in Ramallah with trainer Dr. Hannah Qaqish from Jordan , it was a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan and aimed to  identify the participants with the director role in the administrative process, in the pursuit to move him from appointed manager, to his position as a leader and influential director, and to identify the directors with the characteristics of the distinctive manager and the modern curriculum for administrative development.

Preparation of training coordinators: carried out in Cairo 2008, as a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan, the main targets were to provide participants with the nature of this job (training coordinators) and its components with the presentation of the latest scientific and technical methods to increase the efficiency of training supervisors, provide them with the scientific concepts regarding human nature and human behavior, and to develop the important  managerial and behavioral skills  in the areas of dealing with the trainees.

Excellence in customer service: in Ramallah2006 whit trainer Mrs. Sabah Abu Tayeh, it was a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan. Its objectives were to recognize the importance of excellence in the service of customers, standards of excellence and means to achieve them, develop the participants' technical skills, provide them with the concepts and basic knowledge needed to build effective relationship with customers, identify the new methods to deal with accredited and maintain them, and the most important tools that study and measure the accredited satisfaction with the services provided.

Proposal writing & fundraising:  this program was a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan, and conducted in 2005 in Ramallah for three times with trainer Mr. Ayman Al –Mashni and Catherine Ebadi, it aimed to teach the participant how to write project proposals and its contents, and to identify concept of fundraising.

Sway system management skills: it conducted in 2002 Ramallah with trainer Mr. Jamal Bernat, it aimed to identify the necessary skills in the modern management to influence on this system and achieve the best results in it.
