The beginning of the cooperation between GCT and PMA was in the year of 2007 and continued for the following years, and hope to continue for the next years.
The cooperation aspects between GCT and PMA were in conducting training programs in different areas for its benefit and the training programs were as the following:

Polarization of Internal Efficiencies and Career Replacement: This program was one of GCT’s central training programs in November 2013. It is considered one of unique management programs that target senior HR managers and officers in business / services institutions. It was tailored based on the modern administrative trends in this century to maintain and promote the key enablers of sustainable development at institutional/ individual levels. It was aimed mainly to provide participants with sufficient knowledge about career replacement as one of the key components of human resource management process, and to refine the participants’ skills in the application of the concepts and methods of career replacement in an effective and efficient manner for the institutions in the short and long term. Among the important topics that have been addressed during the program: Human resource planning, the effective methods to address the shortcomings of human resources, qualification strategies and replacement strategies.

Skills of Conducting Performance Appraisal Interviews: This program was one of GCT’s central training programs that held in September 2013 in Ramallah, with Dr. Arwa Al- Mothaffar from Jordan. It targeted the senior HR mangers who are responsible for performance appraisal and conducting the appraisal’s discussion interviews The program was mainly aimed to help create consistency between the stated goals and job performance at the organization, impart knowledge about effective communication, target individual needs,  underline the importance and benefits of employee development, monitor the development of individual employees, ensure the execution quality of performance appraisal interview ,  influence the attitudes towards seeing the benefits of spending time on appraisals, and thus to enhance the participants skills in planning, preparing and conducting good appraisal interviews.

Intensive customers care: it conducted in Ramallah 2011, with trainer Mr. Hisham Hamdieh from Jordan.  The main targets were to identify the importance of customer service, standards of excellence on the competitors and the means of achieving them, and identify the modern strategies that used to outperform competitors.

Preparation of management consultant / Part 1: this program was a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan, it conducted in Jordan 2010 with the trainer Dr. Hannah Qaqish from Jordan, its main targets were to familiarize participants with the concept and management of job description, and provide them with the necessary skills to prepare the organizational structures, job descriptions and integrated plans.

Skills of preparation and writing reports, memos and administrative correspondence: carried out in 2010 in Jordan, the main objectives were to teach the participants how to write the administrative reports and correspondence in the correct form which used in the daily work, and how to use the modern techniques in the establishment of an information system that help in the performance of the business entrusted to them.

Security and protection of the institutions: conducted in 2009 Ramallah with trainer Mr. Mohammed Samara from Jordan , its main goals were to provide an introduction to the concept of comprehensive security, with the entrance of theoretical and applied side, identify the rules and requirements of the security planning for the founding of the  organizations, the concept of assessment and security survey, identify the risks and security threats that may be exposed to organizations and institutions through access to an international agenda by the international classification, and how to identify risks and threats, classification, and strategies of confrontation and containment.

Modern trends in the management of procurement, warehousing and procurement process: 2009 in Cairo, as a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan and aimed to  identify the procurement management and its importance, Procurement management functions, and the economic dimension of these functions.

Managing the Training Process: conducted in Cairo, 2009, it was a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan, its main targets were to provide participants with the principles and basic concepts of the training process and how to manage it, identify the methods and tools that are useful for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the training activities, and refine the skills of those involved administrative, technical and behavioural, to manage the activities effectively.

Basic skills for staff of security officers in companies, public institutions, private sector and banks: this program was a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan, it conducted in 2009 in Jordan with trainer Mr. Mohammed Samara from Jordan, its main objectives were to develop the skills of staff who work in the security field by conducting practical exercises to meet the various security situations that may be exposed, teach them  how to put a security plan in order to raise the efficiency of the staff and security officers to gain the needed skills, train them on the correct methods to write security reports,  and how to deal with VIPs and provide security protection.

Management of supporting services: Jordan 2009, with trainer Mr. Fathi Yassin from Jordan, this program was a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan, and its main goals were to identify the participants with the workforce management, the operation and maintenance department, housing services, traffic services, the important of communications section and nutrition services.

Planning and organizing the procurement department: 2009 in Cairo, as a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan and aimed to identify the procurement management and its importance, Procurement management functions, and the economic dimension of these functions.

Health insurance in the organizations: carried out in Cairo 2009, the main objective was to familiarize participants with the importance of health insurance in the institutions and how to apply its system.

Communication skills: conducted in 2009 in Ramallah with trainer Mr. Munir habashy from Egypt, with its specific goals of familiarize participants with the channels of communication (communication theory) and the quality of the written and oral communication, development of their writing skills, and provide them with the skills of the effective communication.

Management of modern office: conducted in Ramallah 2008, and aimed to provide participants with the modern concepts of management, its dimensions and activities, and to focus on the entrance of "continuous learning" and rehabilitation of employees in the administration office to achieve the excellence and self-motivation

Laboratory measurement of management and behavioral skills: carried out in Ramallah 2007, the main goals were to identify the meaning of management and the planning function, how to plan, set goals and diagnose the nature of the functions, provide participants with required knowledge and skills to build teams and its types, and to develop the oral communications skills between individuals and the art to listen.
