The beginning of the cooperation between GCT and MPWH was in the year of 2009 and continued for the following years, and hope to continue for the next years.
The cooperation aspects between GCT and MPWH were in conducting training programs in different areas for its benefit and funded by international bodies, such as Chemonics, and these programs were as the following:

Skills of Conducting Performance Appraisal Interviews:  This program was one of GCT’s central training programs that held in September 2013 in Ramallah, with Dr. Arwa Al- Mothaffar from Jordan. It targeted the senior HR mangers who are responsible for performance appraisal and conducting the appraisal’s discussion interviews The program was mainly aimed to help create consistency between the stated goals and job performance at the organization, impart knowledge about effective communication, target individual needs, underline the importance and benefits of employee development, monitor the development of individual employees, ensure the execution quality of performance appraisal interview ,  influence the attitudes towards seeing the benefits of spending time on appraisals, and thus to enhance the participants skills in planning, preparing and conducting good appraisal interviews.

Strategies to measure the return of training: conducted in 2011 in Jordan with trainer Mr. Issa Al Daher from Jordan, it was a part of advertised programs in the GCT central plan, its main objective were to identify the site of the assessment process of the training programs in the training process within integrated system of training and development, train the participants  on designing accredited methodology by the  institution to assess and measure the return on training, and how to calculate the return on investment of training (ROI).

Dealing with the public: conducted in 2009 in Ramallah with trainer Mr. Munir habashy from Egypt, its main targets were to familiarize participants with the channels of communication (communication theory) and the quality of the written and oral communication, development of their writing skills, and provide them with the skills of the effective communication and how to deal with others.

Administrative and behavioral system: conducted in 2009 Ramallah with Dr. Hannah Qaqish from Jordan, the main goals were to identify the meaning of management and the planning function, how to plan, set goals and diagnose the nature of the functions, provide participants with required knowledge and skills to build teams and its types, and to develop the oral communications skills between individuals and the art to listen.

Effective communication skills: 2009 Jericho with trainers Mr. Helmi Sari from Jordan, its specific goals were to familiarize participants with the channels of communication (communication theory) and the quality of the written and oral communication, development of their writing skills, and provide them with the skills of the effective communication.

Team work Building: conducted in 2009 in Jericho, the main objectives of this program were to provide the participants with the basic concepts of team building and developing their skills in teamwork, building and managing teams, give participants the skills for the division and distribution of teams within the work environment, and learn how to form a management team.

Management of development and change:  carried out in Ramallah 2009, with trainers Mr. Yacoub Hamdan from Jordan. The main objectives were to identify the change and its reactions, stages and dynamics of change, Model McKenzie for change, agenda for change, the difference between the director and commander, and who manages and lead the change and development.

Institutions Guide of self-assessment ( Guide standards): carried out in 2009 in Ramallah, its main targets were strategic planning and its standards in  implementation ,monitoring and evaluation, identify the standards of administrative operations, relations management with stakeholders and how to identify the customer needs and achieve their satisfaction by building relationships with them, identify the financial standards in  planning , budgeting, implementing and conducting the financial assessment.
