Welfare Association is an independent non-profit organization established in 1983 to provide humanitarian and development assistance for Palestinians (Palestinian NGOs, community institutions and charitable organizations in Palestine and Jordan). It’s starting new areas in its operations through management re-engineering and customization of operations to respond to the emerging situation and the new type of programs and partnerships.

WA was contracted GCT to implement an evaluation assignment to its staff, managers and departments in its spread offices in Palestine and Jordan, to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of all its outputs. The main objective of this assignment was to assess the performance of employees, both qualitatively and quantitatively based on clear indicators including outputs, innovation, creativity, field visits, team work, and other indicators, in addition to cover the operating departments to detect problems and bottlenecks in order to find the best options for further improvements.
