Study background: |
This was a part of the (West Bank TVET Project) which was developed in accordance with the Save the Children Federation, MTC International Development Holding Company and General Consulting and training company. The objective of over all the project is to improved quality and relevancy of TVET education of partner institutions, through development of strategic directions and strategic relationships, and cooperation with the private sector in the west bank. The MTC/GCT Team conducted three workshops to League members on partnerships and formal agreements available with the private sector by using private partnership (PP) models, private sector formal agreements and MOUs that have been successful in other countries as models for developing a League approach. First workshop was for centre directors, to build capacity of needed managerial skill sets necessary for understanding relationships and partnering with others to effectively accomplish strategic goals. The Second workshop was to build capacity for communication and networking skill sets. The last one was held by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). |
