General Consulting and Training (GCT), completed the implementation of the second stage (coaching and follow up) of its agreement with Palestinian Water Authority (PWA), related to deliver training program on" How to conduct effective and efficient meetings". This training targeted the senior management of PWA in the West Bank &Gaza Strip and was funded by World Bank.
Dr. Hanna Qaqish from Jordan, who implemented the training program jointly with Mrs. Anna Pia from Denmark and Dr. Sami Abu Al roos from Gaza, will undertake the stages tasks which include conducting training impact analysis and development detailed and practical short-term suggestions on how to improve the impact of TPAT training program.
This stage will be continued for three separate days punctuated by number of follow-up visits to PWA to help to ensure that the new meeting system and procedures, and knowledge and skills are applied.
